Here's a very special printing machine. Aimed at the niche market of rigid suitcase personalization, the MonsterJet Luggage Edition developed by Croatian manufacturer Azonprinter enables direct printing on structured or curved shells.
The MonsterJet Luggage Edition printer accepts various sizes of euro luggage - from cabin models to large suitcases - thanks to a printable area from 590 to 1200 mm and three adjustable clearance heights: 580, 750 or 1000 mm. This configuration enables the distance between head and object to be adjusted according to the volume of the substrate.
Azonprinter's Adaptive Grip System automatically adapts to the specific curvatures and structures of rigid shells, ensuring correct positioning of the object throughout the printing process.
The MonsterJet Luggage Edition uses Azon UV TurboJet inks, formulated without phthalates and certified to EN 71-3, the European standard for toy safety. These inks are available in four-color process with the addition of white and varnish. Resolution up to 2880 DPI.
The system, manufactured in the European Union, is driven by a proprietary RIP, with adjustable presets for different case formats. An integrated function tracks ink consumption, facilitating cost control and print reproducibility.
