Commercially active worldwide, the group is looking for an offset plate specialist for France and Switzerland.
As a Customer Support Specialist at Eco3, this person will be responsible for:
technical support and assistance to our customers in both the pre-press environment (exposure and offset plate development) and the press environment
technical support for new product launches, customer trials of potential new products, benchmarks, etc.
analyzing problems and proposing solutions to our customers
technical support for the sales and service organization
training for our customers, resellers and their sales teams
The desired profile has :
training in offset printing, media technology or several years' professional experience in offset printing
good knowledge of prepress and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook software
fluency in French and English (spoken and written), with German an added advantage
the ability to work independently, but also to work as part of a team
the ability to solve problems systematically and take responsibility
the ability to create clear technical reports in the Salesforce application
a strong desire to travel in Europe
