Ri-JetPO100, the self-adhesive film with "reduced environmental impact" from Fedrigoni

Compatible with digital technologies, this PVC-free film would be more durable than a conventional PVC film, according to its manufacturer.

Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives launches the Ri-JetPO100, a self-adhesive film with better environmental qualities than a classic PVC film. Ri-JetPO100 is a PVC-free polyolefin support, intended for visual communication, as well as for the decoration of points of sale, windows, vehicles and signs.
According to the adhesive materials division of Italy's Fedrigoni, its manufacture requires 2% less energy and 32.5% less water than a conventional film, with a 15.5% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions, than a monomeric PVC film.

"With this product we not only serve the expectations of end users (major brands in the decoration, fashion and luxury industries) who prefer PVC-free solutions for their communication campaigns, but also its commitments in terms of sustainability and environmental impact." says Daniele Perotti, graphics product manager at Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives.

Ri-JetPO100 is compatible with latex, UV led, UV Gel and eco-solvent inks. This polyolefin film with a thickness of 100 microns (135 g/m 2 ) is designed for application on flat surfaces in outdoor and indoor areas. The film is flame retardant and complies with the REACh standard and RoHS certification, European regulations on health and environmental protection.

The Ri-JetPO100 is available in two versions: permanent adhesive and removable adhesive.
