Gradually launched in Europe in 2021, Fujifilm's Revoria Press PC1120 has already passed the 100-installation mark. The Japanese manufacturer's flagship press, this digital press - which, unlike other dry toner machines, can be configured in six channels - has been several awards, including the Buyers Lab 2022 Pro award from Keypoint Intelligence .
The 100th installation took place at Druckerei Glaudo in Wuppertal, Germany, in November 2023.
Silvia Bruckert and her brother Florian, who together run the family business founded in 1932, chose the Revoria Press PC1120 for its six color channels, print quality, direct Fujifilm support and wide choice of paper types. The Revoria is compatible with media from 52 to 400 g/m 2 .
Florian Bruckert explains: "The print quality is outstanding, but the press's versatility is just as important to us. Its inline processing capability is exceptional, and allows us to produce all kinds of printed matter, from stapled brochures to personalized mailings, banners and cards, with special colors and a wide range of high-quality papers."
The printer also particularly appreciates the varnish option, which offers smoother finishes, and the high opacity white, which enables printing on dark papers.
"All in all, we're now in a position to produce a wider range of applications than ever before, and to win over a much wider panel of customers. We're very satisfied with our investment."
For Mark Lawn, Director of Print-on-Demand Solutions at Fujifilm Europe, the 100 installations of the Revoria Press PC1120 in Europe were achieved in a short space of time.
In France, the Revoria Press PC1120 has been available since April 2023. The range also includes the Revoria Press E1 Series monochrome press, which prints substrates up to 350 g/m² 2 and speeds of 136 ppm, with 2400 x 2400 DPI quality.
