Since Tuesday, March 16 at noon, this printed and fillable document - downloadable on the Ministry of the Interior's website - is mandatory for all out-of-home visits as part of government containment measures to combat the spread of coronavirus. Without this document, which specifies the reason for its owner's removal (5 possible reasons) as well as his address and the current date, the offender is liable to a fine of 135 euros. It is also possible to draw up the certificate on plain paper by copying all its elements, but it is still necessary to have blank sheets of paper at your disposal.
As a reminder: initially, the government had indicated that a certificate on a smartphone was valid. Then, on Wednesday 17 March, the Ministry of the Interior finally indicated that this type of digital document is not acceptable.
