A V-shaped bottle in rPET

The Italian group Sidel has developed a V-shaped bottle of still water. Called Aya, this 220 ml bottle, which weighs only 5 grams, was designed to reduce raw materials.
The bottle is entirely in rPET. Trademarks, logos and legal information can be embossed on the ?bouteille, making it easier to sort PET bottles and recycle them.
Its V-shape allows the bottles to be stacked one on top of the other and to be positioned head to foot, in staggered rows. The bottles can therefore be organized for ?optimiser any storage volume, so as to form compact crates that are easy to ?transporter.
For this bottle, Sidel received the English WFIA (World Food Innovation Award) in the category "Best Beverage Packaging Design".

The Arc de Triomphe is going to be wrapped up

After the Pont-Neuf in 1985, the artist Christo will pack the Arc de Triomphe. This ephemeral work should be visible from September 19 to October 4.
5 days and 5 nights of work will be necessary to place the 25,000 m2 of recyclable silver blue fabric and the 7,000 m of red rope.
