This Ranpak equipment can print different designs in full color on each top of cardboard boxes, even of different heights, at a rate of fifteen units per minute.

American manufacturer Ranpak has launched a print-on-demand solution for customizing cardboard box lids directly on automated packaging lines. Called Print'itâeuros! it enables CMYK printing on the top of cardboard boxes of different heights, at up to fifteen units per minute.

Inline printing for automated workflows

This solution is designed to be used as a single automated packaging line for different brands or multiple customers, creating customized messages for each box.

Works in tandem with a height reduction and carton closing machine Cut'itâeuros! Evo from Ranpak or another automated height reduction system, it can be integrated directly into an automated packaging line. It prints up to 285 mm wide and along the entire length of the blanket.

Varied applications for extensive customization

With Print'itâeuros! companies can diversify their packaging strategies by introducing seasonal designs, promotional messages or customized branding for different market segments, says its manufacturer.

"The Print'itâeuros! solution opens up new personalization possibilities for automated packaging lines, which are interesting for both operations and marketing", says Bryan Boatner, Global General Manager of Automation at Ranpak.
