Leader Print Group, which specialises in large-format digital printing, has acquired not one, but two companies since the beginning of the year. With seven acquisitions, Leader Print Group now has a turnover of ?15 million. And its CEO Emmanuel Denis already has new projects.
In January, the group joined Le Comptoir de L'Image, based in Pantin in Seine-Saint-Denis and in September, Picto Rhône Alpes joined the company. Le Comptoir de L'Image and Picto Rhône Alpes, which together have around 30 employees, reinforce the group's Paris and Lyon divisions respectively.
Under the direction of Emmanuel Denis, Leader Print Group was born in 2017 from the grouping of two Parisian companies Studio 3B and Adhéquat, and MediaFab, based in Montpellier in the Hérault region. Then it was the turn of Expocreative, located in Pantin, and Sitep, near Lyon, to join the group . Since 2017, the investment company Odyssée Venture has held a 37% stake in the group's capital.
Located in Vénissieux in the Rhône-Alpes region, Picto Rhône Alpes should merge in the medium term with the other Lyon-based entity Sitep. Picto Rhône Alpes employs about twenty people and has a turnover of more than 2.7 million euros.
As for Comptoir de l'Image, it achieves more than 2.5 million euros in turnover with a clientele of key accounts, particularly in the hotel and construction sectors.
Comptoir de l'Image and Expocreative, only a few hundred metres apart, have been grouped together on the same site.
And Emmanuel Denis doesn't intend to stop there. His ambition is to double the turnover of the new group rapidly. The director confides to us: "We aim to double our size through organic growth and new acquisitions in large format only. I am already studying several projects. This should be achieved in 2021..."
