A few weeks after integrated Simian, Dutch platform for online solutions for communications agencies, Print.com announces the acquisition of another Dutch specialist in digital tools for printingâeuros¯: ISI Publishing Innovators.
Founded over twenty years ago, ISI develops software solutions for graphic arts professionals, including brand portals, ordering platforms, white-label stores and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
A growth strategy focused on software complementarity
According to Marco Aarnink, founder of Print.com, this acquisition is in line with the platform logic that the group has been developing for several years: "It's not just about personalized physical products, but also digital solutions that save our users time every day." he explains in a press release.
The arrival of ISI enables the group to enrich its offering with ISI's tools, which complement Print.com and are already used by many organizations with networks, banners or recurring printing needs.
The ISI team remains in place at Ede in the Netherlands and retains its own brand. "The Print Group's ambition and long-term vision are exactly what ISI needed to expand its commercial reach internationally." explains Theo van den Broek, head of ISI. The aim is to accelerate the distribution of their solutions outside the Netherlands.
Towards a print-centric software ecosystem
With this new operation, Print.com continues to build a technical environment in which printing becomes an integrated link in a broader digital value chain. The combination of Simian's and ISI's know-how, backed by Print.com's infrastructure, paves the way for more advanced order automation, fluid file management and personalized customer workflows.
