All4Labels expands with two new companies specializing in online packaging

All4Labels, with a turnover of 520 million euros, is thus one step closer to its goal of becoming the market leader in online packaging services.

Hamburg, Germany-based packaging manufacturer All4Labels announces the acquisition of two compatriots, Labelprint24, one of Germany's leading suppliers of cardboard, film and paper packaging materials and labels, and the producer Packaging Warehouse. Both companies are active in the European market. The terms of the transaction and the sales figures of both companies were not disclosed.

"With this transaction, we are further investing in digitalization and innovative solutions in the packaging sector." adrian Tippenhauer, CEO of All4Labels, which generates 520 million euros in sales with 29 production sites and 3,000 employees, said. The CEO particularly appreciates Labelprint24's business model based on digital printing combined with a high degree of automation and distribution via the Internet.

Stefan Harder, founder and CEO of Labelprint24, will continue to manage this entity.

Earlier this year, All4Labels, which is owned by the investment fund Triton, also acquired the Italian company Etichettificio Dany, which had a turnover of around 13 million euros in 2020.
With these new external growth operations, All4Labels intends to move closer to its goal of becoming the market leader in online packaging services.
