All4Labels, the German manufacturer of packaging solutions, which already has some 30 production sites and 3,400 employees, is expanding to include Italy's Carlucci, a company with some 60 employees specializing in the production of self-adhesive labels and packaging made of various materials, Spain's Relieves Egara, a company with 60 employees dedicated to label converting, and another Spaniard, Gráficas Indetic, a converter of self-adhesive labels and shrink sleeves.
The Spanish transactions mark the beginning of All4Labels' strategy to build "a leading business unit" in this Iberian market.
As for the acquisition of Carlucci, it consolidates "[its] presence in the pharmaceutical industry, both in the Italian market and abroad." "This transaction marks an important step for All4Labels and highlights our strategy to expand our presence and capabilities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market." says Antonio Iannone, president of All4Labels Italy, in a statement.
These three acquisitions bring to eight the number of new companies to have joined All4Labels since the beginning of the year. And the group, which has revenues of around ?750 million, does not intend to stop there: it emphasizes that it will continue to invest in regions, technologies or markets that offer growth opportunities.
