With a particularly dynamic industry in the region, Hexis has taken over its historical Australian distributor.

French manufacturer and distributor of self-adhesive films for visual communication, Hexis, is consolidating its international position. The Frontignan-based group, which distributes its products in six countries through 10 sales subsidiaries, has just acquired its historical Australian distributor, Stickittome.

Based in Melbourne, Stickittome specializes in the supply of vinyl films for printing and cutting, and also offers accessories dedicated to the application of adhesive films.

The Hexis Australia subsidiary was established in 2018, and with the joint distribution partnership with Stickittome, the Hexis brand image has grown significantly since then.
Clement Mateu, CEO of Hexis, states: "Hexis has been growing steadily for several years on the Australian continent thanks to the involvement and market knowledge of our teams and our distributor Stickittome. The decision to invest locally a few years ago has proven to be a wise one and has led us today, thanks to a particularly dynamic sign industry in Australia, to opt for this buyout."

In Australia, Hexis has two training centers. The group, which operates two production sites, one at its headquarters and the other at Hagetmau in the Landes region, employs 464 people worldwide, including 350 in France. In addition to its 10 subsidiaries, the French company relies on a network of distributors present in over 50 countries. In 2021, Hexis achieved a turnover of 120 million euros, 56% of which was generated internationally (subsidiaries and exports).
