November 30, 2024 marks an important milestone for VPK Packaging, a Belgian group specializing in packaging, with the sale of its two French subsidiaries located in Les Echets (Rhône) and Groisy (Haute-Savoie). These two production units come under the control of TNM Emballage, a French manufacturer renowned for its customized packaging solutions. This operation is part of a strategy to rationalize VPK's activities on the French market.
Patrick Leclercq, General Manager of VPK France, stressed that this initiative will enable "a stronger regional and local approach" while ensuring continuity in the quality of the products and services offered."
