The VariJET 106: a modular hybrid press

With a production capacity of 5,500 sheets per hour in B1 format, the VariJET 106 e B1 combines water-based inkjet technologies with conventional offset. Designed to meet growing demands for personalization and durability, it uses CMYK plus orange, green and violet inks. Its modular design enables the addition of embellishment and finishing modules for a variety of applications in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food sectors.

A demonstration center dedicated to training and innovation

The Radebeul Customer Center is an integral part of the Koenig & Bauer Customer Experience Center. In addition to demonstrations, the site offers technical training and application testing. The three divisions cover packaging, commercial and label.

The VariJET 106, the fruit of collaboration between Koenig & Bauer and Durst

The story of the VariJET 106 goes back to 2019, when Koenig & Bauer and Durst formed a joint venture to develop solutions combining their respective expertise. The VariJET 106 is based on Koenig & Bauer's Rapida 106 platform and Durst's inkjet and software technologies.

This partnership has also given rise to other solutions such as the Delta SPC 130 and CorruJET 170 ranges, strengthening their position in the packaging segment.
