Fespa 2025: attendance, visitor profiles and investment figures for Berlin

With over 14âeuros¯000 unique visitors from 126 countries and the volume of investments announced, Fespa 2025 demonstrates the marketâ??s dynamism.

Fespa confirms its drawing power. Last May, the Global Print Expo 2025 edition, coupled with the European Sign Expo and the Personalisation Experience, welcomed 14,036 unique visitors, up 10.5% on the 2024 edition. The event, held in Germany at Messe Berlin from May 6 to 9, attracted participants from 126 countries, with a strong presence of large-format, screen, digital and textile printing professionals from Germany, Poland, Italy and the UK.

87% of visitors are decision-makers

According to the organizers, 87% of visitors were in a decision-making position, including 71% of directors, CEOs, managers or technical managers, and investment projects are very real: 40% of people said they wanted to invest in the year, for a median overall budget estimated at 2.9 billion euros.

In addition, more than 100 product launches were announced over the three days.
Among the exhibitors, HP emphasized the strategic importance of the European show for demonstrating its wide-format printing solutions. Daniel Martinez, vice-president of HP Spain, was delighted with the large number of visitors to the stand and the quality of the discussions.

Among the manufacturers of personalization solutions, Brother took advantage of the show to present its ranges to a qualified audience. According to Folker Statchetzki, Marketing Manager, the ability to test machines live remains a strong asset of the event.

European Sign Expo, record number of exhibitors

The 2025 edition of the European Sign Expo attracted a record number of exhibitors, including suppliers specializing in traditional and digital signage. And Personalisation Experience, now in its third year, inaugurated the SmartHub, a conference program dedicated to personalization and digital integration. Sessions covered technical topics related to streamlining operations, sustainability and digital tools.

Fespa 2026 in Spain

Michael Ryan, Fespa event director, noted a significant increase in German (+44%) and Polish (+117%) attendance compared to the last edition held in Germany, in Munich in 2023.

The 2026 edition has already been announced: it will take place from May 19 to 22 at the Fira de Barcelona in Spain.
