Komori-Chambon's Orléans site takes on a new dimension. The French subsidiary of the Japanese Komori Corporation, specialized in printing and packaging converting solutions, has significantly increased its production capacity.
With the addition of new areas dedicated to the assembly and testing of latest-generation printing machines, the site has doubled in size to 12âeuros000Â m 2 . Together with the group's other operational site at La Voulte-sur-Rhône in the Ardèche, this expansion will enable it to meet the needs of its international customers.
Komori-Chambon's Orléans building houses the headquarters of the Japanese group's subsidiary Komori Corporation, as well as its KCube skills center, which provides training, customer support and demonstrations for the manufacturer.
And two North American acquisitions
Alongside this investment in the Loiret region, Komori-Chambon is pursuing a strategy of expanding its technological scope. In 2024, the Group acquired Bernal LLC, an American manufacturer of rotary die-cutting systems. The deal consolidates its expertise in converting and strengthens its presence in North America.
In 2025, Canadian Primoflex Systems became part of the subsidiary. Specializing in flexographic printing for the carton packaging, pharmaceutical and lottery ticket printing industries, this Canadian company now operates under the name Komori Primoflex Systems (KPS), enriching Komori-Chambon's offering for the packaging markets.
Komori-Chambon emphasizes the complementary nature of these acquisitions with its own equipment, which together should enable it to offer an integrated printing/shaping line, whatever the process chosen.
