As of July 1, Torraspapel is now called Polyedra. The distributor of paper, visual communication materials, and packaging products is thus unifying the names of its subsidiaries in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
This name change stems from the structural reorganization carried out by the Spanish paper manufacturer Lecta in April 2026, which took place in conjunction with the group?s refinancing and led to the separation of its operations into three independent companies: Cartiere del Garda for fine papers and distribution, Torraspapel for technical papers, Adestor for self-adhesive materials, and Polyedra for distribution.
Polyedra is a subsidiary of Cartiere del Garda Fine Papers and is part of the Lecta Distribution Group, which employs 320 people in Europe. In France, the company formerly known as Torraspapel Malmenayde operates under the trade name Polyedra Fine Papers Distribution France SAS?which is its legal name?and markets its products under the Polyedra brand.
With this consolidation of the various brand names, the distributor "showcases its international reach" , he says.
Jérémy Arnaudon, CEO of Polyedra France, describes this change as "a natural evolution for our organization." He adds: "Adopting the Polyedra brand gives us a shared identity that is stronger and more recognizable, one that fully reflects who we are today and the direction we want to take."
The Polyedra brand will be rolled out gradually over the coming months. However, this change is limited to the brand identity. The teams and services will remain unchanged for both customers and suppliers.
