Horizon reorganizes its international partner management

Processing equipment manufacturer Horizon announces a strategic reorganization of its partnership management with the creation of the position of International Partner Manager for the EMEA region.
Tobias Fortströer, who has already been in charge of the partnership since 2023, has been entrusted with this role.

He will be responsible for developing and strengthening the partner network in the EMEA region, in coordination with the Japanese parent company Horizon International.
In particular, this reorganization is designed to support the internationalization of markets, the development of smart factory concepts and the adaptation of sales structures to international requirements.

David Coutherut promoted to team manager at Konica Minolta

David Coutherut has been promoted to Production Printing Bretagne-Normandie team manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions France.

With the company since 2001, he was previously Production Printing and Solutions Systems Engineer. Based in Rennes, he is now in charge of the sales team dedicated to the production printing systems segment within his regional scope.

Lecta CEO steps down

Gilles Van Nieuwenhuyzen steps down as CEO of Lecta, following the recapitalization of the Spanish paper group and its demerger into three independent operational and financial entities.

Lecta's CEO position will not be retained. The three companies resulting from the demerger are Garda Group (fine paper and distribution), headed by Corrado Lignana, Adestor Self-Adhesives, headed by Ricard Balart, and Specialties (Torraspapel brand), which will be managed by Ruben Hernando on an interim basis from May 1.

According to Group Chairman Javier Abad, this transition comes after a period of considerable turbulence in the energy and raw materials markets, as well as in the geopolitical context.

Komori recruits at Landa

Komori has appointed Cyril Cohen as Director of Digital Production Solutions EMEA.
The Director joins the Japanese printing press manufacturer after more than six years with Landa Digital Printing, where he was Sales Manager.

Cyril Cohen's mission will be to structure and develop a new European business unit dedicated to digital solutions, combining printing, finishing and automation, with a focus on performance and return on investment.

A new CEO at Kyocera

Shiro Sakushima officially assumed his duties as President, Legal Representative, Managing Director and CEO of Kyocera Corporation on April 1, 2026.

He joined Kyocera several years ago, working mainly in technology and R&D, before moving on to management positions in the electronic components business. Since last year, he has been in charge of the Group's strategic transformation project.
He takes over at the head of the Japanese group with the ambition of strengthening the potential of the group's teams worldwide.
