Comimpress ICBL Expands Its Label Business with a Konica Minolta Machine

Comimpress ICBL, which specializes in offset and digital printing, roll-fed finishing, and mail processing, has installed a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 400.
This digital press, designed for label production, is expected to enable the printer based in Replonges, in the Ain department, to increase its production capacity and handle a wider variety of jobs, from short to long runs.

Asteria Expands Through the Acquisition of a Label Manufacturer

The Belgian group Asteria, a manufacturer of labels and packaging, is continuing its expansion in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of Mercian Labels.
Mercian Labels manufactures blank and printed adhesive labels for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The company uses flexographic and digital printing technologies.
Mercian Labels also has expertise in security and tamper-evident labels designed to protect high-value products.
Mercian Labels becomes the Asteria Group's 41st production facility.

Quadrilaser is expanding its scope of operations with an HP and a HiSeiki cutting table

Quadrilaser continues to diversify its operations with the installation of an HP Latex R 530 printer and a HiSeiki T2-2516 cutting table. Known for its art reproduction and proofing services, the company, located in Ormes in the Loiret department, now offers a much wider range of materials.

The 1.60-meter printer can print on both rigid and flexible substrates, and the HiSeiki cutting table performs high-precision cutting, half-cut, creasing, and milling operations.
With these investments, the printing company led by Régis Chevrinais can now offer printing on rigid substrates, wall coverings, packaging prototypes, and cutting services for third parties. HPC-ADLIS Installs a Canon varioPrint

HPC-Adlis is expanding its production facility with a new Canon varioPrint.
The digital printing company based in Templemars in the Nord department is thus expanding its production capacity?particularly for customized jobs?while improving its responsiveness and flexibility.

B2I Tech Invests in 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting

B2I Tech has invested in a new Mecajet 1531 abrasive waterjet cutting machine from the French manufacturer Mécanuméric Industries, equipped with a 5-axis module.

This machine features a cutting table measuring 3%E2euros%89500 x 1%E2euros%89800 mm, expanding the production capabilities of the company located in Genainville, in the Val-d'Oise. Specializing in the cutting of flexible materials and custom fabrication, B2I Tech can now offer cutting services for complex parts and a wider variety of materials, such as plastics, leather, ceramics, glass, stone, and composite materials.

With this Mecajet, the company is expanding its existing fleet, which already includes a Purejet 4020 pure waterjet cutting machine for flexible and lightweight materials and a Charly Pro 2030 3-axis milling machine, designed for precision machining of non-ferrous materials.

Cartomédoc is investing in a new folder-gluer

In Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, in the Gironde department, Cartomédoc has installed a Multi Gluer 1800, an automatic folder-gluer designed for the production of self-folding boxes in small and medium-sized runs.
Founded in 1984, this independent family-owned company specializes in the manufacturing of packaging and point-of-sale displays made of corrugated and solid board. With this new equipment, it is expanding its production capacity for custom packaging.
