Bel'Etic is expanding its fleet with a Label Smart 330S
Bel'Etic, a label printing company based in Longvic in the Côte-d'Or department, has added the Label Smart 330S UV inkjet press to its fleet.
This new press should enable the printer to increase its production rates and handle larger volumes. Bel'Etic intends this additional capacity primarily for the fragrance, personal care, and cosmetics markets, where the printer emphasizes the importance of accurate color reproduction.
Auto Marquage Invests in a SureColor
Auto Marquage, a company specializing in commercial vehicle graphics and based in Tresses, Gironde, has installed an Epson SureColor SC-S9100 powered by Caldera RIP.
According to the installer Pixel Tech, its dimensional stability makes it easier to apply printed graphics, while its color stability ensures that the same shade can be reproduced on different vehicles within a fleet.
An AccurioLabel 400 for Comimpress
Comimpress, an offset and digital printing company located in Replonges in the Ain department, has expanded its digital label printing operations with a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 400.
Designed primarily for small- and medium-volume runs, this press enables printers to reduce makeready times and speed up production.
This press is three times faster than the print shop's previous machine and reduces printing costs. The press also supports white printing, particularly for labels on transparent, colored, or dark substrates.
That makes eight AB Graphic machines for Adesa
Adesa, a self-adhesive label printer based in La Rouvière in the Gard department, has invested in an AB Graphic Digicon Series 3. The facility, a member of the Labelys Group, now has eight systems from the British manufacturer ABG.
This new finishing line includes two flexo printing units as well as two cutting units?one rotary and one semi-rotary. It can operate in both roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet configurations. It also includes a rail-mounted laminating unit that enables register-controlled lamination of pre-printed substrates.
Les Imprimeries de Caen Invests in an AccurioPress C14010S
An AccurioPress C14010S press has been installed at Imprimeries de Caen, located in Saint-Contest in the Calvados department.
This Konica Minolta digital press features a fifth color, which allows it to print in white on through-dyed papers, kraft paper, transparencies, and tracing paper. It also includes automated settings designed to maintain print consistency throughout a print run.
The AccurioPress C14010S accepts media weighing 50 to 450 g/m², as well as envelopes, labels, and textured papers. This investment thus expands the range of media that the print shop can process using digital printing.
