Les Nuits en Or is an international event organized by the Académie des César which presents the best international short films of the year. And for the past 10 years, it is the students in their 2nd year of Bachelor's degree in Design at the ECV Paris School of Visual Communication who have been making the poster for this film festival.
For the 2020 edition, which will take place in June and July, 80 students from the School of Art and Design worked on the graphic design of the new poster as part of their illustration course. They should create a visual on the theme of World Tour in short films and should also highlight the cinema by using metaphor, enigma and play on words. They only had a few days to respond to this issue and propose an original poster with a strong visual impact and graphic relevance.
At the beginning of May 2019, the best ECV projects were presented at the Académie des Césars and the work of Gabrielle Isnard was chosen. The poster of the student currently in her 3rd year in design at the ECV Paris will be used on all the print and digital communication supports of the Académie des Césars event.
