Défi Imprimerie integrates Cartonnerie Moderne

Founded in 1987, Défi Imprimerie has some 15 employees and a turnover of 2.5 million euros.

The Rhone-Alpine company Défi Imprimerie, which specialises in printing and converting packaging, was bought by Cartonnerie Moderne, in Vaucluse (84). After 15 years at the head of the company, Jérôme Timstit has sold his shares to his counterpart, reports in a press release the firm In Extenso finance & transmission which led the operation.

Cartonnerie Moderne, which has been in existence since 1904, specialises in the manufacture of personalised cardboard packaging for the catering trade. With this acquisition, the company will be able to offer its customers a wider range of services by pooling the marketing and industrial resources of both companies.

These are all assets that serve our strategy of excellence and innovation and enable us to increase our share of marché?", explains Vincent Ray, manager of Cartonnerie Moderne.

Founded in 1987, Défi Imprimerie has some 15 employees and a turnover of 2.5 million euros. The company targets in particular the industrial, retail and food markets with solutions for printing flat cardboard, corrugated cardboard and PVC.
