Le Monde wins 5 of the 13 CPMA-OJD awards

In several categories, Le Monde is at the top of the list of titles showing the greatest increase in sales or visitors.

The Alliance for Press and Media Figures (ACPM, formerly the OJD) has unveiled its OJD 2020 Stars. These awards are given to the press titles, sites and media applications with the highest growth in circulation or attendance.

The World dominates the rankings of the mainstream press

The World is the fastest growing title in the consumer information category, with both the daily newspaper and its magazine M le magazine du Monde .
With an increase of 37,095 copies sold in 2019, the daily remains in third place in the paid daily press (still behind West France and Figaro ).
The weekly magazine M The number of weekly, biweekly, triweekly and fortnightly publications increased by 37,310, the highest increase of any weekly, biweekly, triweekly or fortnightly publication.

In the monthly, bimonthly and quarterly titles it is Picsou Magazine with + 9,470 copies which obtains the OJD Star.

OJD Stars for Consistency in Success

The CPMA also notes good progress over the period 2015 to 2019 for four titles.
With an increase of 81,232 copies over these five years, The World stands out again in the daily press.

In the regional press, La Tribune Lyon stands out with +728 copies and M le magazine du Monde in the magazine press with +72,979 copies.

In the trade press, it's the weekly magazine.. Journal du Bâtiment et des TP which shows the strongest increase between 2015 and 2019, with + 576 copies sold.

Actu.fr and Tele-Loisirs.fr

The OJD also awarded six OJD Stars for press sites and applications.
In the category sites for the general public and professionals, the sites Actu.fr - with +258 709 573 visits - and Tele-Loisirs.fr - with +262,271,217 visits - show the largest increases in attendance between 2018 and 2019.

In the application category, The World wins 34 million visits and The Team 51 million hits.

And between 2016 and 2019, Ouest-France.fr (+698 122 045 visits) and Femmeactuelle.fr (+332 036 198 hits) are at the top of the list.
