Agfa is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Anapurna range of inkjet presses by introducing a limited edition of the Anapurna Ciervo, to be unveiled at Fespa 2025 from May 6 to 9 in Berlin.Presented on stand D70-D60 in hall 27, this collector's edition, produced in a run of just ten, features an original illustration by Belgian street artist Dzia.
The Anapurna, a hybrid series born in the early 2000s
Launched twenty years ago, the Anapurna range has kept pace with the evolution of large-format inkjet technologies, offering systems for both rigid and flexible media.
Among the latest models, the Ciervo, launched at Fespa 2024 the H3200 (3.2 m wide), the H2500 (2.5 m wide) and the H2500 (2.5 m wide) were soon available in various configurations the H2050 (2.05 m) released a few weeks ago . These versions share a six-color plus white architecture, with UV led curing and continuous feed for rigid panels, as well as specific guides for corrugated substrates, enabling their use in packaging and POP displays.
Dzia, a graphic signature for an exclusive series
For this anniversary edition, Agfa called on compatriot Dzia, an artist trained in the fine arts and known for his angular animal murals. Each unit in this limited series is numbered and signed, transforming the press into both a graphic and productive object. In this way, the Belgian manufacturer emphasizes a dual approach: the expression of industrial know-how and the inclusion of its machines in a contemporary visual culture.
Philip Van der Auwera, Product Manager at Agfa, states: "The Ciervo press embodies the agility and versatility needed to meet today's printing challenges. This limited edition is an original way of paying tribute to that longevity."
Fespa 2025: a showcase for the entire inkjet range
In addition to this artistic version, Agfa will be exhibiting its entire inkjet portfolio at the show, including the brand-new Onset Panthera, Jeti Bronco and Jeti Tauro XUHS.
The ten special edition Ciervo presses will be available exclusively from Agfa sales teams.
