Labelexpo Europe (Spain)

Every two years, Labelexpo Europe brings together the label industry.
At the 2023 event, over 600 exhibitors welcomed nearly 36,000 visitors from 138 countries.
Fachpack 2025 (Germany)
tuesday 23 to Thursday 25 September 2025, NürnbergMesse in Nuremberg
Organized for over forty years, Fachpack is a European trade show dedicated to the packaging industry and its users. It covers the entire sector, from packaging solutions for industrial and consumer goods to materials, production processes, logistics and printing applied to packaging.
In 2024, it attracted over 37,000 trade visitors and 1,455 exhibitors.
SEPTEMBER OCTOBER 2025
TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (France)
from Sunday, September 28 to Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes
The annual meeting of the Tax-Free World Association (TFWA) brings together duty-free and travel-retail players in Cannes. The event combines exhibitions and conferences, with the participation of international brands and airport and tourism trade professionals.
The previous show welcomed 7,456 visitors and featured 462 exhibiting brands.
Luxe Pack Monaco (Monaco)
monday, September 29 to Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Grimaldi Forum, Monaco
Luxe Pack, the world's leading luxury packaging event, will be held in an enlarged Grimaldi Forum. Bringing together international suppliers, this year's event will feature new themed areas and a conference program focusing on eco-responsibility, technological innovation and the global challenges facing luxury brands.
The 2024 edition attracted 10,300 visitors, 52% of them international from over 80 countries.
OCTOBER 2025
London Packaging Week (United Kingdom)
tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th October 2025, Excel London, London
London Packaging Week celebrates its 15th edition with over 190 suppliers and 70 speakers announced. Three conference stages will focus on the beauty, beverage, food and luxury markets. The Innovation Awards Ceremony, on the second day, will showcase solutions in design and sustainability.
London Packaging Week 2024 attracted over 5,000 visitors.
Empack Madrid (Spain)
wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October 2025, Feria de Madrid, Hall 8, Madrid
Empack Madrid is a Spanish trade show dedicated to packaging solutions, held alongside Logistics & Automation and Logistic & Industrial Build, dedicated to logistics and industrial buildings. This joint organization enables us to cover the entire value chain, from packaging to transportation.
The 2024 edition attracted 150 exhibitors and 11,674 visitors. The program also featured over 50 speakers.
Empack Mechelen (Belgium)
wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Nekkerhal in Mechelen
Empack Mechelen is one of three Belgian Empack events dedicated to packaging, alongside Ghent and Namur. Held every two years, the show brings together suppliers and users in the sector, with an offering covering technologies, materials and current trends.
Over 130 exhibitors and 3,250 visitors are expected.
NOVEMBER 2025
Prod&Pack (France)
tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 November 2025, Eurexpo Lyon, halls 6 and 7, Chassieu
Prod&Pack is dedicated to the packaged goods factory, and features a central demonstration area: the Showroom. For this 3rd edition, over more than 750 m2, some fifteen machines will be in continuous operation, illustrating current industrial solutions, from packaging to order picking.
The event will also feature the Assises nationales du réemploi, the Allée des tendances durables, the Village du réemploi, the Village des fédérations and a conference area bringing together experts and manufacturers.
A total of 700 exhibitors are expected.
DECEMBER 2025
La Nuit du Livre (France)
tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the Newcap Event Center in the 15th arrondissement of Paris
La Nuit du Livre will celebrate its 20? edition with a trophy ceremony that recognizes works outstanding for their graphic quality, originality and manufacturing requirements. Seven winners will be honored at a dinner attended by around 250 professionals. The event will be held in conjunction with the Trophées de l'Innovation Presse & Médias and the Creativ'Book trade show.
Creativ'Book (France)
tuesday, December 2 and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Newcap Event Center in the 15th arrondissement of Paris
The Creativ'Book trade show, dedicated to the technological future of the book, returns for its 5th edition. It brings together publishers, printers, graphic design studios, digital platforms and startups to discuss developments in the creation, production and distribution chain for books, whether printed, digital or enriched.
The program includes 20 exhibitors, 8 conferences and workshops on topics such as print-on-demand, self-publishing, audiobooks, podcasts, AI-assisted storytelling and multi-channel distribution.
Around 300 visitors attended the previous event in 2023.
JANUARY 2026
C!Print Madrid (Spain)
tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 January 2026, IFEMA Madrid
C!Print Madrid, the Spanish version of February's C!Print Lyon trade show for visual communications and printing, is back for its 10th edition.
In January 2025, the show welcomed 14,968 visitors.
Heimtextil (Germany)
tuesday 13 to Friday 16 January 2026, Messe Frankfurt, Frankfurt am Main
Heimtextil is the world's leading event for interior textiles, furnishings and design trends. Each year, it offers a wide range of textiles, coverings, accessories and design solutions, with a focus on new products and the creative directions that will influence the year ahead.
The 2025 edition welcomed over 50,000 visitors from 136 countries, and featured more than 3,000 exhibitors representing 65 nations.
Pharmapack Europe (France)
wednesday 21st to Thursday 22nd January 2026, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, hall 4, Paris 15th arrondissement
Created in 1997, Pharmapack Europe has become Europe's leading event dedicated to pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems and medical devices. Held annually in Paris, the event brings together manufacturers, suppliers and technical managers.
The 2026 edition will feature over 65 content sessions and around 400 exhibiting companies. Themes will cover the evolution of technologies, drug delivery devices and regulatory aspects. The organizers are expecting over 6,000 participants from 90 countries.
Empack Bern (Switzerland)
wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 January 2026, Bernexpo, Berne
This is the Swiss event that covers the entire packaging chain, from package design to technical packaging and filling processes. Since 2022, it has alternated between Berne and Zurich.
The 2026 edition will take place at Bernexpo, in conjunction with Logistics & Automation. The organizers are announcing a line-up of machine suppliers, service providers and packaging developers.
In 2025, more than 3,600 trade visitors attended the two combined shows, Empack and Logistics & Automation.
FEBRUARY 2026
C!Print Lyon (France)
from Tuesday 3rd to Thursday 5th February 2026, Eurexpo Lyon in Chassieu
The C!Print trade show will bring together printing, visual communication and personalization professionals in Lyon. Once again, it will be held alongside CTCO, dedicated to promotional products and textiles.
C!Print 2026 will feature a program of 50 conferences, complemented by masterclasses, startup pitches and other events. These include the C!Wrap covering competition and the Plug&Play personalization workshops, now a must.
The previous edition, the 12th, attracted 14,790 visitors and 250 exhibitors over the three days.
Paris Packaging Week (France)
thursday 5 and Friday 6 February 2026, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Pavillon 1, Paris
Paris Packaging Week brings together four specialist shows: ADF dedicated to aerosols and dispensing systems, PCD for perfume, cosmetics and skincare packaging, PLD for premium beverage packaging, and Packaging Première dedicated to luxury goods (fashion, accessories, watches, jewelry). The event has become a meeting point for brands and suppliers in the high-end packaging and beauty sectors.
The 2025 edition welcomed 12,500 visitors.
APRIL 2026
Empack Gorinchem (Netherlands)
tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th April 2026, Evenementenhal, Gorinchem
Empack is the Benelux's leading packaging trade show. It is aimed at professionals from the food, beverage, distribution and pharmaceutical sectors.
In the Netherlands, Empack alternates between even-numbered years in Gorinchem and odd-numbered years in 's-Hertogenbosch, in synergy with Packaging Innovations.
More than 300 companies are expected to join us in 2026.
Wine Paris (France)
monday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 11, 2026, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris
Every year, Wine Paris brings together international wine and spirits professionals. The event brings together producers, distributors, buyers and importers around a program of exchanges and tastings, with a growing focus on innovative beverages.
In 2025, 52,622 visitors from 154 countries came to the show, where they discovered over 5,400 exhibitors.
MAY 2026
Empack Namur (Belgium)

Empack Namur is a trade show dedicated to packaging solutions. Three biennial shows are organized in Belgium: Namur, Ghent and Mechelen.
It brings together suppliers and users to discuss technical innovations, industry trends and professional exchanges.
The 2026 edition in Namur will feature a day of conferences and meetings with leading exhibitors. In 2024, some 70 exhibitors were on show.
Fespa Global Print Expo (Spain)
tuesday 19 to Friday 22 May 2026, Fira de Barcelona, Barcelona
Fespa Global Print Expo, Europe's leading trade show dedicated to large-format digital printing and screen printing','www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy');" class="lien-auto-article" href="https://www.printindustry.news/search/serigraphy">screen printing, will return to Barcelona for the first time since 2012. The event will be accompanied by European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience and, for its second edition, Sportswear Pro.
Confirmed events include the World Wrap Masters competition and Club Fespa. The 2025 edition, held in Berlin, welcomed 14,036 unique visitors.
SEPTEMBER 2026
Empack Ghent (Belgium)

Empack Ghent is one of Belgium's three packaging events, alongside Namur and Mechelen. The 2026 edition will be held in synergy with Transport & Logistics and Logistic & Industrial Build, to cover both packaging and the supply chain.
For two days, Flanders Expo will welcome producers, suppliers and buyers around a program focused on innovation, inspiration and interaction.
85 exhibitors took part in the 2024 edition.
NOVEMBER 2026
All4Pack Paris (France)
monday November 23 to Thursday November 26, 2026, Parc des expositions Paris Nord Villepinte
Created in 1947, All4Pack Paris is a trade show dedicated to packaging, printing, production processes and logistics. It brings together all the trades in the chain, from equipment manufacturers to service providers.
The 2026 edition will be held over four days at Villepinte, and will feature a broader range of exhibitors and international brands.
At the last edition in 2024, according to the organizer, nearly 27,000 professionals visited the show and around 1,000 exhibitors presented their solutions.
