In addition to the ranges of the German papermakers Zanders and the Swedish papermaker Lessebo, the French EFP-Chavassieu now offers the board ranges of Preston Board & Packaging (PBP).
British manufacturer Preston Board & Packaging specialises in high-end packaging - champagne, wine and spirits packaging, cosmetics and jewellery gift boxes, etc. - and also offers a wide range of products for POS, books, clothing, photo frames, puzzles and board games.
"Preston Board offers a range of products that complement our packaging portfolio. With Zanders and Lessebo, we offer premium coated and uncoated boards up to 400 g/m². PBP, on the other hand, manufactures products up to 400 g/m² 2 until... Five millimeters!" explains Frédéric Delage, head of packaging sales at EFP.
He goes on to say: "From gray board to premium coated, from extra white to deep black, from standard to fire retardant or weather resistant, Preston will appeal to a wide range of customers. To meet the service requirements of the market, PBP keeps more than 2,000 tons in stock, can deliver within seven days and limits its minimum production to 500 kilos. We also know that their ability to deliver large formats (up to 200 x 320 cm) will appeal to the French market".
