A year full of creative energy with the Typodarium 2021 typographic calendar

365 days of great fonts! What more could you ask for?

Like a glass of orange juice in the morning, here is the Typodarium 2021 edition calendar to fill up vitalité?! This ephemeris from the German publishing house Verlag Hermann Schmidt presents a new typeface every day to keep your eye alert and your creative mind alert.

The strippable calendar is made up of 365 pages in 12 beautiful colours, presented in a practical cardboard box.

Throughout the year, graphic designers and sign lovers will discover one of the 365 fonts created by 256 designers from all over the world and carefully selected by Karin and Bertram Schmidt-Friderich, founders of the publishing house and graphic designers themselves.

On each slip, the date is written in English in the font of the day. And on the back, information on this typography is to be found.

For example, Thursday, September 16, 2021, features the splendid Tme font on deep blue paper. On the back, we learn that it is a sans-serrif drawn by the French typographer and graphic designer Benoit Bodhuin of BB Bureau. It is a geometric font based on the angles of the sides of a hexagon.

And Sunday is font variable?! 52 typefaces, whose variants (such as fat or body) can be changed infinitely using a single file, are presented for this last day of the week.
