"?Star Pure Paper Bag?" is, as the name suggests, a pure, unbleached and uncoated paper bag that can be recycled into a pure paper stream. It has been designed with a strong fibrous structure that provides high puncture and tear resistance and is therefore suitable for machine use. The level of contamination is as low as 0.6%, and with 10-colour flexo printing it would never exceed the 1.5% accepted for recyclability, Schur says.
The special feature lies in the production technology and the sealing device. Schur Star Systems has filed a patent application for the structure of the raw materials and the production technology.
