The Labelys group, which specialises in the printing of adhesive labels, comes under the control of its management. Grégoire Desmettre and Julien de Swaan, respectively President and Deputy Managing Director of Labelys, now own the majority of the company's capital with the help of EMZ, the new shareholder, and Bpifrance, the historical shareholder.
Grégoire Desmettre and Julien de Swaan wish to pursue their ambitions for external growth in France and Europe and to position the group as a benchmark player at the European level. The two managers intend to double Labelys' activity over the next few years.
