Encres Dubuit opens a 4th plant

Encres Dubuit announces the opening of a new factory in Vietnam.

French group Encres Dubuit, which specializes in technical and industrial inks for screen, pad and digital printing, is expanding its industrial presence in Asia by opening a plant in Vietnam. This site, the group's fourth, will be dedicated to the local market, a growing market for industrial and textile manufacturing.

Based in Mitry-Mory in the Seine-et-Marne region, the ink manufacturer and designer, which generated ?23.6 million in sales in 2019, opened its first Asian factory in China in Shanghai in 2003. Dubuit Shanghai is now a center for R&D, production, sales and technical support for China and all of Southeast Asia.

Encres Dubuit, which also has two factories in Europe, in Paris and in Spain in Barcelona (Tintas Dubuit), wishes with this Vietnamese factory "ensure growth by securing its supply chain for UV digital inkjet, screen and pad printing inks throughout Southeast Asia ".

"This new plant will meet local market demand and help bring our services closer to our business partners and customers," said Pierre Blaix, director of global strategy. The ability to set up a manufacturing facility very close to our customers in Vietnam is a must for just-in-time deliveries."

The ink producer also operates three distribution centers, located in Belgium (Publivenor), Chicago in the United States (Dubuit America) and Lebanon, and two technical support centers in Belgium and the United States. The French company is also present in more than 50 countries around the world through its distributors.
