Americraft Carton plants are located in Marietta, Georgia; Lowell, Massachusetts; Sturgis, Michigan; Saint Paul, Minnesota; Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Norwalk, Ohio; and Memphis, Tennessee.
Already a very large growth operation last May
Graphic Packaging Holding of the United States, one of the leaders in paper and board packaging for food products, already acquired AR Packaging, the second largest producer of fiber-based consumer packaging, in May.
The estimated $1.45 billion growth deal was billed as the birth of a new international paper and board packaging giant.
With a history that spans more than a century, Graphic Packaging now boasts more than 90 facilities worldwide that provide packaging solutions and 19,000 employees. As part of its Vision 2025, Graphic Packaging aims to make 100% of its products fully recyclable by 2025.
