With the Typodarium 2022 calendar, it's 365 days of typographic inspiration!

For this year 2022, the colorful leaf ephemeris highlights the Sundays of handmade fonts.

The 100% typographic calendar 2022 is out. Published by the German Verlag Hermann Schmidt, Typodarium features a different typeface for each day. For the year 2022, graphic designers Lars Harmsen and Raban Ruddigkeit, who selected 248 fonts from 35 countries, have highlighted handmade fonts.

"The screen dominates our daily lives. This makes its opposite, the handmade, all the more precious, they explain. That's why Typodarium 2022 features typography on Sundays and holidays that was created with scissors, pens, tape and stamps. Sundays can be imperfect, a little rough with rough outlines, full of character and eye-catching!"

Published in English, this ephemeris composed of colored leaves to be stripped is presented in a beautiful cardboard box, which will be transformed over the days into a typeface box. On the back of each day, a short text presents the typeface.

And for this edition, the authors have added a page illustrated by Clara Sophie Klein with the zodiac sign for each month.
