The brand new subsidiary of the American flatbed manufacturer Vanguard sets up its headquarters in Italy. Vanguard Europe, created in 2021, moved to a 5,300 sq. m. building in Brixen in September 2 near the head office of its parent company, the Durst Group .
This newly built building houses Vanguard Europe's employees, but also a demonstration center for customers and prospects.

Fabian Sottsas, the head of Vanguard Europe, plans to make the company a leader in the entry and mid-range digital flatbed and UV printing markets, thanks to the signage, decoration, industrial and packaging markets. Introduced for the first time at Fespa in May, the latest products in the Vanguard line are the VR6D-HS and VK300D-HS UV flatbed presses.

Yiannis Apostolidis, Director of Business Development, emphasizes in a statement: "The company was founded seven years ago and only one printer was sold in the first 12 months. What a transformation! Today, Vanguard Digital Printing Systems produces more than 200 machines a year, and we are determined to replicate that success in Europe."

Since the establishment of this European subsidiary in 2021, approximately 25 machines have been installed in Europe.
