Green Gen Bottle Carton marks a breakthrough in eco-designed packaging for alcoholic beverages. This solution aims to reduce the ecological footprint while offering an alternative to heavier, less durable glass bottles. It is manufactured in Bergerac, France, at the Green Gen Technologies plant, and is a variation on the first version made from flax fiber.
The company designs eco-designed packaging from bio-sourced or renewable materials for wines, spirits, liquid foods and cosmetics.
A lightweight, durable solution
Made from plant fibers, Green Gen Bottle Carton uses renewable materials, notably kraft, with a fully recyclable design. Its reduced weight - just 130 g - compared with glass, makes it easier to transport and handle bottles, and reduces the carbon footprint.

Product adaptability and protection
The bottle's design mimics that of glass containers, yet is lighter. It provides protection against light and temperature variations, essential for preserving the quality of liquids. Easy to open and reseal, it is also an original alternative for consumers.
Personalization for brands
Green Gen Bottle Carton offers a large surface area for customization, enabling brands to stand out visually. Various color and closure options are available to meet the specific needs of producers.
