New / Mutoh presents its first printer/plotter with integrated cutting: the XpertJet C641SR Pro

The new XpertJet C641SR Pro printer/plotter combines precision cutting and high-quality printing technologies in a compact 630 mm wide format. Mutoh innovates with a model ideal for small businesses and graphic production workshops.

Mutoh Europe unveils the XpertJet C641SR Pro, its first printer/plotter with integrated die-cutting. Designed to meet short-run production needs, this printer/plotter is ideal for creating adhesives, signage or vehicle graphics.

This 24-inch (630 mm) model offers precision contour and die-cutting, while benefiting from AccuFine 1600 printhead technology. This enables precise nozzle alignment, improving print quality at resolutions of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi.

The plotter stands out for its compactness and versatility. It can be used in desktop format or mounted on a wheeled chassis for enhanced mobility. The automatic roll recovery feature adds flexibility for users requiring continuous printing. Its print engine ensures a production speed of 6.5 m²/h at a resolution of 600 x 900 dpi, guaranteeing a good balance between quality and productivity.

The printer uses GREENGUARD Gold MS31 and MS51 certified inks, making them suitable for use in sensitive environments such as hospitals and schools. This certification ensures low VOC emissions, while guaranteeing 3 years' outdoor durability without the need for lamination, except for applications subject to severe mechanical or environmental stress.

This machine is equipped with a cutting head and pull-knife for precise contour and clean cuts. Thanks to two adjustable pressure arms and a drive roller, this machine adapts to different substrate widths. Cutting is facilitated by an integrated, repositionable cutting mat, ensuring smooth material handling.

Sales will begin in Japan in October, before being distributed via Mutoh's network of certified partners in Europe and worldwide.
