A new HP Latex L700 for Bateliers Imprimeurs (67)

Strasbourg-based Imprimerie des Bateliers is adding an HP Latex L700 to its mixed offset/digital fleet. This press, capable of a production speed of 31 m²/hour, uses fourth-generation latex inks, recognized for their environmental friendliness and extended gamut. Thanks to its compatibility with a wide variety of substrates, it opens up new possibilities for short and medium runs. Since 1977, Les Bateliers Imprimeurs has been working with craftsmen, SMEs, large companies and local institutions. With this acquisition, the print shop continues to position itself as a key player in printing services in Strasbourg.

ASV Packaging (36) modernizes its workshop with a folder-gluer

ASV Packaging, based in Châteauroux, France, acquired an Omega AllPro folder-gluer from Koenig & Bauer this summer. This equipment will reinforce its production capacities in the folding carton sector. The Omega AllPro folder-gluer stands out for its versatility. Capable of handling substrates ranging from folding carton to corrugated board, it can produce a wide variety of boxes, including self-closing, double-wall and 4/6-corner boxes thanks to its integrated modules. Its maximum speed of 400 m/min guarantees increased productivity for complex and varied jobs.

Chirat printing works (42) modernizes its workshop with an Allegro Müller Martini chain

The Chirat printing works, founded in 1911, recently installed an Allegro stitching line by Müller Martini. This new infrastructure is designed to improve productivity, quality and working conditions, while optimizing production flows. With an annual capacity of 10 million books (glued or stitched square-backs), the line boasts advanced technical features: Glued square back: 21 automated feeders with camera control and optimized format changes, Stitched square back: robotized integration of stitched blocks, for a fully automated workflow, Quality control: in-line inspection of gluing and dimensions, guaranteeing optimum conformity.

Burlet Graphics expands its workshop with a machine dedicated to gilding and embossing

One hundred-year-old printing house Burlet Graphics has acquired a large-format wallet press (760 x 560), specialized in gilding and flat embossing.

Durand Imprimeurs (76) modernizes its plant with two Konica Minolta presses

Durand Imprimeurs, located in Saint-Léonard, announces the acquisition of two Konica Minolta presses to enhance its range of services. AccurioPress: an inline finishing press with integrated perforation, creasing and die-cutting, ideal for fast, accurate jobs. AccurioShine 3600 + iFoil: a digital finishing press for selective varnishing and 2D/3D gilding.

GS Monaco invests in digital technology

GS Monaco, which specializes in high-end printing, added a Fujifilm Revoria PC1120 digital press, capable of speeds up to 120 m/min, to its fleet this summer. Equipped with six printing units, this press can print specific shades such as white, varnish, gold, silver and pink, offering ideal flexibility for short runs.

TFB Textile (67) adopts DTF technology

Alsatian embroidery specialist TFB Textile expands its activities with the integration of a DTF (Direct to Film) machine. This new solution completes the company's embroidery offering by providing a fast, economical method of textile personalization, ideal for small production runs. DTF technology enables the printing of transfer films suitable for a wide range of substrates: garments such as t-shirts, canvas bags, or rigid objects such as coasters or cases. Flexible and affordable, it is an asset in meeting the growing need for personalization in the textile sector.

Aubin Imprimeur (86) modernizes its M-600 press

While employees worried about the future of their company and its lack of investment, Aubin Imprimeur recently modernized its equipment, in particular its Manroland M-600 press. After updating the quarterfolds with new-generation grooved rollers, the company installed innovative plate cylinders. These cylinders, with external pneumatically controlled tension, improve Autoplate system operation while simplifying maintenance and reducing costs. Founded in 1891 in Ligugé, Aubin Imprimeur is renowned for its expertise in printing books, magazines, catalogs and packaging. From the prestigious Pléiade collection to books published by Odile Jacob, the company embodies recognized know-how in the French graphic arts world.
