Thanks to the DecisionTower computer vision system, the size of the voids in the packages is measured in real time, enabling the FillPak system to automatically adjust the quantity of filler paper required.
This approach optimizes material consumption, with a claimed reduction of up to 35% in the amount of paper used. The paper pads guarantee effective protection while minimizing waste. Pad'it! automated interior package protection
With the Pad'it! system, Ranpak offers a fully automated solution for adding corrugated paper padding to packages. The use of a robotic arm ensures precise positioning of the pads.
