Fespa Global Print Expo 2025, held in conjunction with European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, will bring together over 550 exhibitors from 36 countries in eight halls at Messe Berlin, Germany, from May 6 to 9, 2025. This represents an increase of over 120 exhibitors compared to the previous edition in 2024, held in Amsterdam.
Exhibitors of hardware, software and consumables
At these three joint shows, visitors will be able to discover a wide range of equipment for different segments of large-format printing, textile and garment decoration, as well as finishing solutions. Major manufacturers will be present, including Agfa, Fujifilm, Canon, Roland DG, Durst, Efi, Epson, HP, Kongsberg PCS, Kornit Digital, M&R and Ricoh.
198 companies are returning or exhibiting for the first time, including Plockmatic Group, Morgana Systems, Mikkelsen Innovations and Robotfactory.
The event will also welcome key software publishers, presenting workflow, color management and job integration solutions. In particular, Caldera, Onyx, PrintFactory and SA International will be offering demonstrations of their RIP and CNC tools, illustrating developments in print process automation and optimization.
Consumables play a crucial role in the graphics industry, and the 2025 edition of Fespa will focus on this essential aspect.
Companies such as 3A, 3M, Berger Textiles, Coldenhove, Decal, Endutex, Fedrigoni, Hexis, IGEPA, Pongs, Sun Chemical and UPM will be showcasing their latest innovations in printing media, with self-adhesive films, aluminum composites, paper, inks and flexible PVC media.
Focus on signage and personalization
The European Sign Expo 2025, dedicated to the signage and visual communication market, will welcome some 100 exhibitors. These include ABC Display, Adsystem, Cosign, Domino Sign, Efka, Luco Led and TPS, who will be presenting solutions ranging from digital and dimensional signage to engraving and printing tools and LED systems.
And visitors to Personalisation Experience, which focuses on design and production automation software solutions for personalisation, will be able to discover new products from Antigro, Kit Builder, Konfigear, ip.labs and XMPie, among others.
