The Die Keure printing site in Bruges, Belgium, is preparing for a major divestment operation. 200 machines and graphic equipment are being put up for sale as part of a reorganization of its industrial park. Among the lots up for sale are offset presses, finishing equipment, screen-printing equipment and large-format printers from leading brands.
The sale is organized in the form of an online auction, accompanied by a call for bids for the most beautiful item in the catalog, a 2023 Manroland sheet-fed offset press.
A Manroland 5/5 from 2023 put out to tender...
This 2023 Manroland R700 Evolution Elite 3B PLV 5/5 is offered through a sealed-bid bidding process. This system means that bids are not visible to other participants, unlike a conventional auction. This machine, suitable for high-volume commercial printing, was still in production until recently and is particularly well equipped.
... as well as a 10-color offset press, laser cutting and die-cutting for auction
Up for auction is a 2015 Manroland B1 sheetfed press, also with 10 printing units, but dating from 2015. Also on offer is a Muller Martini Primera A110, installed in 2008, dedicated to stapled square backs, a 2017 Highcon Euclid IIS digital cutting and folding machine capable of handling formats up to 760 x 1060 mm, a Wohlenberg booklet binding line and three-knife trimmer, or a Polar 137 XT Autotrim cutter or MBO folding line.
A range of equipment for smaller budgets completes the package, including a tilting forklift garbage can, pallet trucks and ink stocks.
Online sales with the option of on-site visits
Auctions are already available online, with an interface offering a 3D visualization of the equipment, to enable professionals to virtually inspect the lots. A physical visit to the Bruges site is scheduled for Thursday, October 23. The auction closes on Wednesday October 29 at 2 p.m.
Die Keure's publishing activities, specializing in legal, educational and institutional publications, are not affected by this reorganization.
