Since the beginning of the year, Ambiance Graphique, based near La Rochelle in Charente-Maritime, has been operating from a brand-new building. Built in just five months, right next to the old building, the site has enabled the digital printing company to double its workshop area from 350 to 700 m2.
"We needed to find space for our large-format workshop. We regularly bring in reels 3 meters long and pallets 1.5 by 3 m" explains Ludovic Charasse, manager of Ambiance Graphique, which has seven employees and two apprentices, and posts sales of 1.2 million euros.
The new building has also been designed to accommodate large vehicles. "Over the past two years or so, we've been developing our covering offer. Now, with our new workshop, we can work on all kinds of vehicles, even buses, like the one belonging to Stade Rochelais, and semi-trailers ". In fact, Ambiance Graphique was recently able to dress a fleet of 15 military vehicles, in two installments.
And with this doubled surface area, the digital printer, part of the LeNouvelR group, can also easily check print connections, like the 20 meters of Dibond sheets recently produced to decorate a facade.
With an investment of 800âeuros000Â euros, this new building is an important milestone for Ambiance Graphique. " This allows us to step up our game in terms of signage and covering." And this is all the more important as the director notes that the start of the year is tighter than usual in the POP and signage market. "We appreciate having several segments".
