SDAG Adhésifs opens up its capital to support a new phase of development. The distributor of visual communication products, based in Weyersheim, Bas-Rhin, France, brings in InnovaFonds and Bpifrance as minority shareholders, alongside its Chairman Didier Hariot and Managing Director Bertrand Delhoume.
Founded in 1985, SDAG Adhésifs generates sales of 50 million euros by distributing adhesive films for visual communication and signage professionals. The group, which offers 12,000 âeuros Orafol, 3M or Mactac references and its own SD-Medias âeuros brand, relies on three sites in France (Weyersheim, Nantes and Paris), as well as two in Switzerland and Belgium.
Didier Hariot and Bertrand Delhoume declare: "Building on our positive experience with Siparex over the past few years, we are convinced that the new partnership between InnovaFonds and Bpifrance will enable us to accelerate our growth and conquer new markets, particularly abroad.
The arrival of these new investors should also enable us to continue enriching our offering and explore external growth opportunities, some of which are already under consideration.
This operation is accompanied by the withdrawal of Siparex, a shareholder since 2021. Didier Hariot remains the majority shareholder, while Bertrand Delhoume "significantly" increases his stake.
