The Dupliprint printing group, based in Domont in the Val-d'Oise department, wants to regain financial flexibility to continue its growth. At its request, the Pontoise Commercial Court initiated, on October 12, 2026, a safeguard proceeding aimed at restructuring its debt, which consists primarily of state-guaranteed loans (PGE) taken out during the health crisis.
This proactive measure is intended to allow the group to spread out the repayment of its loans while retaining the necessary resources for its investments. Unlike judicial reorganization, the safeguard procedure applies to companies that are not in default.
A Profitable Business and Jobs Preserved
Before taking the matter to court, Dupliprint attempted to negotiate an out-of-court debt rescheduling with its three banks. Two had agreed, but the third refused. However, the agreement of all three institutions was required. Frédéric Fabi, founding president of the Dupliprint Group, therefore decided to file for a safeguard proceeding to restructure its debt repayments under judicial supervision.
"I made this decision to give Dupliprint the time and resources it needs to prepare for the future. Our business is healthy, and our teams are fully committed. We are taking early, responsible action so that we can emerge from this phase stronger, alongside our customers and partners." , says CEO Frédéric Fabi.
Dupliprint reports that it ended fiscal year 2025 with a profit, with revenue exceeding 35 million euros, and also expects a profit for 2026.
Its two production sites, in Domont, in the Val-d'Oise department, and in Mayenne, in the Mayenne department, are continuing to operate as usual with their full staff. Management assures that no layoffs are planned.
Dupliprint: A Strategy for Growth and Industrial Investment
Founded in 1993, Dupliprint has expanded into digital printing and the automation of production processes. Its operations include, in particular, the printing of books, technical documentation, and marketing materials.
In 2020, the group expanded its manufacturing capabilities by acquiring Jouve's printing operations in Mayenne , which specializes in the production of books using offset and digital printing. It continued its external growth in 2022 with the acquisition of Carcy, a company specializing in business card printing.
Dupliprint, which currently employs about 200 people, has also continued to modernize its production facilities. Over the past two years, the group has invested three million euros, notably in a Müller Martini perfect binder, an HP Indigo digital press, and a Xerox Iridesse digital toner press.
The restructuring proceedings, which involve, in particular, the holding company Groupe Dupli Print and the operating companies Dupli Print and Dupli Print Mayenne, mark the beginning of a six-month observation period during which a debt rescheduling plan is expected to be developed.
"We are fully confident in our ability to reach an agreement with our banking partners during this observation period" , notes Frédéric Fabi.
