"We're at a historic turning point for our group, which I've had the honour of leading for just over two years now." announced Thibault Lanxade solemnly in front of the 170 employees and elected representatives of the Pays de la Loire region gathered on 3 February at the printing site in Mayenne.

The offset and digital printing company Jouve leaves the Jouve Group to pass under the management of Frédéric Fabi, CEO of the Dupliprint printing company located in Domont in Val-d'Oise.
"I am very moved to speak to you today, and at the same time very proud to take up the torch of the Jouve printing house, a historic printing house created in 1903 by Henri Jouve" says Frédéric Fabi .
Innovation at the heart of the Jouve and Dupliprint printing plants
"Jouve and Dupliprint have the same DNA, that of innovation, says the new leader. Since Jouve was taken over by the Vergé family in 1951, the company has never stopped innovating, switching from lead to offset in 1970, then investing in one of the first linotypes in 1972, creating a minitel application in 1987, investing in the first ZMR installed in Europe in 2002, or investing in a digital inkjet press two years ago.
90 years later, in 1993, I decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure by creating Dupliprint with the same desire to innovate in the service of customers."

The printer reminds us: "Pioneer of digital printing by investing in one of the first Xerox Docutech in 1993, precursor of web solutions by creating the first web-to-print site in 1999 and the first marketing automation site in 2002 with Crédit Agricole, beta tester of numerous digital presses and finishing solutions over the last fifteen years, and finally the only printer to have been labeled in March 2019 industry showcase of the future by the industry of the future alliance"
Creating a new communication player
Today, Dupliprint, which specialises in digital printing, employs 100 people and has a turnover of around 17 million euros.
With the arrival of the 172-employee printing plant and a turnover of 20 million euros, the CEO counts " to create the new player of tomorrow, which will be both a printing industrialist, but also a logistician, a router and a digital service company", a new player "at the heart of [the] customer's communication."
