This change reflects the Group's international ambition.

The Belgian packaging and recycled paper producer VPK Group is reorganising its corrugated board division. Since 1 October, it has brought together all its brands under a single umbrella: VPK Packaging.

VPK Packaging thus replaces Ondulys, Rigid and Peterson, distributed respectively in France, England and Ireland, and in the Nordic countries. In France, this division has 12 plants.

A single brand will enable the group to strengthen its image on an international scale. And its geographic expansion is one of the group's main announced objectives.

The head of the group, Pierre Macharis, says: " Our ambition is to take sustainable growth to a higher level, both ecologically and economically. We think and act globally, without losing touch with our local customers and their products. Marketing sustainable and protective packaging in a circular business model remains our core business. True to our DNA, but with a clearer focus on international growth."

In addition to this new brand, the Group's portfolio includes Corex, dedicated to the production of tubes and cores, Smart Packaging Solutions for the production of flat cardboard packaging and VPK Paper for the production of recycled paper.

Over the last seven years, VPK has doubled its turnover, thanks in particular to various external growth operations. It has more than 6?200 employees at 65 sites in 20 countries, and generates a turnover of 1.5 billion euros.
