New investments for 316 Colors (93)

José Silvestre, manager of the 316 Colors printing works

The large-format digital printing company is gaining peace of mind and offers new products and services, all thanks to the installation of these latest machines.

Despite the health crisis, 316 Colors, based in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine in Seine-Saint-Denis, continues to invest.
The company, which has posted steadily increasing sales since its creation in 2016, specializes in various niche markets aimed at digital printing and visual communication. In particular, it produces POS advertising, window graphics and scenography for major retailers such as Adidas, Station F, Lacoste, Pierre Hermé, Galerie Lafayette and Vente Privée.

For these new machines, José Silvestre - founder and manager - has once again called upon CLUB Groupe. This summer, the consulting and marketing company for printing solutions delivered a Cronos Ultimate 2020 sewing machine and an EPS Cream 200 polystyrene cutter.

Invest in peace and quiet!

"To find the right machines and save time, I work as a team with CLUB Groupe", explains the printer. "Sometimes I know exactly which model I want, and from time to time I let myself be guided by the expertise of CLUB Groupe."

José Silvestre continues: "The cutting machine now allows us to make volume letters or other 3D sculptures in large blocks: 2 x 1.2 x 0.70 m. We have already been able to produce supports for a Danone project and logos for Adidas. With the sewing machine, I actually bought, peace of mind! We were subcontracting, and last-minute changes were complicated. For the event, it's unforgiving."

CLUB Groupe has installed a polystyrene cutting machine EPS Cream 200 to 316 Colors.

"We had this machine project before covid, we signed the purchase orders at the beginning of containment. No regrets! And CLUB Group allowed us to postpone the first deadlines."

A recent but now complete machine park

These two machines are in addition to the machine park created a year ago. José Silvestre began by installing two large-format printing machines and a milling machine in August 2019.
Then, CLUB Groupe allowed him to complete his park with a Summa cutting plotter to work all the printed adhesive and a Kala Mistral 1650 laminator to protect it all.
Printing is done on a Canon Colorado 1650 or EFI VuteK GS3250Lx Pro.

"Today, with our machinery and our know-how, we control the entire chain, from creation to production."
