TagG Informatique integrates the first HP Indigo 7K dedicated to AFP/IPDS flows

TagG Informatique is investing in an HP Indigo 7K digital press for its Albens site in Savoie. Expected to come on stream in the next few months, this installation represents a world first: it will be the first HP Indigo 7K capable of natively processing AFP/IPDS flows. This technological breakthrough opens up new prospects for transactional desktop publishing and direct marketing.

DocOne continues to modernize its fleet with a new HP T240

DocOne, a subsidiary of the Diffusion Plus group specializing in multi-channel document management for the banking, insurance and social protection sectors, has just signed a purchase order for a second HP T240 digital inkjet press for its Bruguières site in Haute-Garonne.
The new equipment, which brings the number of HP T240 presses in the Group to seven, will replace the last two former continuous inkjet presses. Production start-up is scheduled before summer 2025 at the Occitan site.

A new offset press for Imprimerie Edgar

The Edgar family printing works in Aubervilliers, Seine-Saint-Denis, has installed a Komori 5-color offset press plus varnish unit, model GL 540 Advance.

Imprimerie Chirat equips its workshop with a Heidelberg Versafire LP digital press

Imprimerie Chirat, located in Saint-Just-la-Pendue in the Loire region, has installed a new Heidelberg Versafire LP digital press. After a training phase, production is now underway. This machine offers quality printing with consistent colorimetric stability, and handles substrates ranging from 40 to 470g/m².
Integration of the Heidelberg Prinect workflow should enable fluid management between offset, toner and inkjet, for optimum color consistency across all production runs.

A heat press for Zwiller Hyperburo

Zwiller Hyperburo adds another string to its bow with the addition of a sublimation heat press. With this machine, the Auvergne-based company can now print visuals on mugs.
Zwiller Hyperburo offers a wide range of products and services, including printing services for various documents and promotional items, thanks to its printing plant located in Clermont-Ferrand in the Puy de dôme region.

An Epson for Atelier I2R

Atelier I2R has installed an Epson SC-S80600 eco-solvent printer. This 64-inch wide-format machine for signage, billboards and high-end decors is set to expand the production capabilities of the printing company based in Châteaurenard in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of France.

Caractères Enseignes acquires a large-format cutting table

Caractères Enseignes, based in Verrières-le-Buisson in the Essonne region and a member of European BtoB manufacturer and distributor CTN, recently installed an LFC5242C digital cutting table from Aristo to support its large-format production.
With a width of 5.2 meters and an extendable length thanks to its conveyor belt, this equipment handles a wide range of flexible and rigid substrates such as canvas, tarpaulins, adhesives, PVC, Plexiglas and dibond.
"The installation of the LFC5242C cutting table has transformed our production process and enabled us to turn a corner in terms of productivity and quality "Francis du Souzy, Managing Director of Caractères Enseignes, told Aristo.
