Avery Dennison has launched several new vehicle covering films in recent weeks. The US manufacturer of self-adhesive, graphic display and packaging materials now offers a new printable vehicle wrapping film, the MPI 1105 Speedmaster series, as well as five new colours in its popular Supreme Wrapping range.
The MPI 1105 Speedmaster wrapping film is a smooth-finish film that Avery Dennison says offers new levels of printability, image quality and 3D conformability. The MPI 1105 Wrapping range is compatible with digital printing in UV, solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks.
This range uses the same adhesive technology, Easy Apply RS, as the Supreme Wrapping film. This technology removes air bubbles, repositioning and sliding the film for faster and easier application. To protect the colours of the MPI 1105 series, Avery Dennison recommends DOL 1460 Gloss and DOL 1480 Matt.
And Avery Dennison has five new colors of Supreme Wrapping films. These films that combine colour and texture are similar to the effect of paint when applied to vehicles.
This range of covering films, which already includes more than 100 references, has been extended to include the glossy film Obsidian Black, the metallic satin film Black Rock Grey, the glossy film Aqua Blue, the metallic matt film Moss Green and the metallic satin film Space Silver.
