More than 100 demonstrations, conferences and workshops are on the program for this first edition.

The European federation of digital, textile and screen printing, Fespa, is launching the first ever trade show dedicated to vehicle wrapping and aesthetics. Called WrapFest, the event will take place on April 26 and 27 in Silverstone, UK, the iconic home of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Ten packaging companies are sponsoring the launch of WrapFest: Hexis, 3M, Avery Dennison, APA, Grafityp, Spandex, William Smith, Surfex, HP and Metamark.

During two days, the 1500 professionals expected at the show will be able to attend more than a hundred practical demonstrations in the famous garages of Silverstone occupied for the occasion by the sponsors of the event.
The Wrap Institute, official training partner of WrapFest, will also occupy one of these prestigious boxes.
Visitors will be able to view over 2,000 instructional videos on all vinyl wrapping operations.

The program will also include workshops, conferences and round tables to discover new materials, tools and especially to exchange with the exhibitors present and the sponsors.

The Wrap Institute will host several contests that will allow visitors to test their vinyl and vehicle covering skills.

The UK and Ireland edition of the World Wrap Masters competition will be held during the show. The winner of this competition will qualify for the grand final in Munich in May.

"The Wrap Institute has long been passionate about highlighting different industries, from color change, PPF (Paint Protection Film or body protection film, NDLR) from ceramic processing to tinting. As each of these industries is interconnected, it is really important to have an event in Europe that represents them, says Justin Pate, president of The Wrap Institute in a press release. I think the opportunities to network, learn and do business at WrapFest will be invaluable."
