CPI announces the appointment of Fabrice Holler as the group's new Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he will report directly to the Board of Directors of Elpis Management Limited, CPI's sole shareholder. With sixteen plants in five European countries, CPI is the largest monochrome book printer in Europe. After joining CPI in 2010, Fabrice Holler has been Chief Financial Officer since 2018.
"?Il has been working directly with Pierre-François Catté, the current Executive Director of CPI, for more than fifteen years and has played a key role in the turnarounds that CPI has carried out in this highly competitive sector. He is the natural candidate to pursue the development of a group that has constantly sought innovation in its industrial, technological, commercial, financial and management approaches to valeur?" said the group in a statement.
As for Pierre-François Catté, he will be leaving his position as Director on March 31 after completing a transition that began a few months ago.
After a short period of less than a year (between 2018 and 2019) of ownership by the Dutch printing and newspaper group Circle Media Group, CPI was acquired in April 2019 from the private wealth management fund of entrepreneur and investor Richard Hughes and his family (RHWO).
"?Le printing and related supply chain management industry is in constant transformation, offering multiple opportunités?; CPI is at the heart of this transformation and has the resources to continue this exciting journey. We would like to thank Pierre-François Catté for his vision and hard work that have put CPI in this strong position and we wish him the best of luck for his next défi?" said the group.
