Alliance Etiquettes continues its external growth with the acquisition of Etiq'Etains. This is the ninth acquisition of Alliance Etiquettes since 2015, with sales that now total more than 70 million euros, the group points out. In March 2020, it was the printer and manufacturer of adhesive labels 5 Sept Étiquette, based in Courthezon in Vaucluse (84), which had announced that it was joining the Alliance Etiquettes group.
Specialized in the printing of high-end labels for the wine, spirits, food and cosmetics sectors, Alliance Etiquettes announces that it is consolidating its position as leader in the printing of adhesive tin labels.
Created in 1998 and based in Nontron in the Dordogne, Etiq'Etains is positioned in the wine & spirits, food and cosmetics label markets.
" ?Etiq 'Etains is of strong strategic interest to the Alliance Étiquettes group. The strengthening of our positions in tin, the integration of new customer accounts in the wine, spirits and food segments and the complementarities of production techniques are all assets that will enable us to bring ever greater value and satisfaction to our clients?" said Olivier Laulan, President of Alliance Étiquettes.
With this new acquisition, Alliance Etiquettes now has 12 production sites: Imprimerie Laulan, Imprimerie D3, So Labels, NS Etiquettes, Sud-Est Adhésif, S.F.E.A, Label Imprime, Irisgraphic, Imprimerie Etienne, Etiqu'Adhésif, Applic'Etains and 5 SEPT Etiquettes.
